Design & Construction: Top edge chamfered cypress boards suspended from steel plates bolted to wood beam w. tension adjustable cables from cantilevered building overhang, strung on cables like a necklace w. coin sized recessed stops, boards top edge to receive fern panels with reverse chamfer. Ferns are varieties of stag horn. Drip irrigation on back of boards w. sprayer for each plant.
